Case Study: Do a Double Take

Objective: A general contracting company was looking for a fun way to provide "before and after" photos to their clients after a remodeling project was complete.
Product: Double-Sided Portrait Folder
Personalization: The general contractor personalized their double portrait folders by foil stamping their company logo on the front, under the words "Thank You for Your Business". Included inside were before and after photos of the completed project in the customer's home.
Method of Distribution: Before the start and at the project's completion, the contractor on-site takes a photograph of the area being renovated and has the photos printed for insertion in the photo folder. The photo folder with before and after shots is mailed to the customer as a "thank you" gift. Included in the folder is a note asking customers to like the company's Facebook page, and to also share their project photos with their friends.
Marketing Outcome: Customers loved the personal touch of the before and after photos, and also took to social media to share them with others, which spread the online reach of the contracting company's social media efforts in an organic, creative, and low-cost way.
